Mit dem Bau eines neuen Logistikzentrums in Boxmeer setzt\u00a0VTS Transports & Logistics<\/a>\u00a0auf eine zukunftsorientierte Logistik. AVG wurde beauftragt, den Beton f\u00fcr dieses Projekt zu liefern, bei dem Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit im Vordergrund stehen. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Unternehmen\u00a0Bouwbedrijf Van de Ven<\/a>\u00a0und\u00a0Hiber Betonvloeren BV<\/a>\u00a0tragen wir zu einem Logistikzentrum bei, das die hohen Anforderungen der Pharmabranche erf\u00fcllt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Familienunternehmen bauen gemeinsam
<\/strong>AVG und Bouwbedrijf Van de Ven haben eine lange und vergleichbare Geschichte als Familienunternehmen. W\u00e4hrend AVG die 100-Jahr-Grenze bereits \u00fcberschritten hat, steht Bouwbedrijf Van de Ven kurz davor. Diese gemeinsame Erfahrung und gemeinsamen Werte bilden die Basis f\u00fcr eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit, bei der Flexibilit\u00e4t und handwerkliches K\u00f6nnen im Vordergrund stehen. Lars van de Ven, stellvertretender Bauleiter von Bouwbedrijf Van de Ven, hebt die Qualit\u00e4t des Betons von AVG hervor und sch\u00e4tzt die engagierte Einstellung unserer Fahrer, die auf der Baustelle aktiv mitarbeiten.<\/p>

Selbstverdichtender Beton<\/strong>
Unsere ersten Betonlieferungen im Auftrag von Bouwbedrijf Van de Ven umfassten rund 2.300 m\u00b3 Beton f\u00fcr Unterb\u00f6den, Blockgr\u00fcndungen, Fundamentbalken und St\u00fctzmauern. Dazu geh\u00f6rte die Verwendung von selbstverdichtendem Beton nach einem von unserem Betontechnologen Paul Beelen entwickelten Rezept. Dieser Beton ist sehr vibrationsarm und breitet sich fast nat\u00fcrlich aus, was ihn ideal f\u00fcr die Fertigteilkonstruktionen im Logistikzentrum macht.<\/p>

Betonlieferung f\u00fcr B\u00f6den<\/strong>
Erg\u00e4nzend zu diesem Grundger\u00fcst liefern wir auch den Beton f\u00fcr die B\u00f6den. Diesen Auftrag werden wir \u00fcber die Hiber Betonvloeren BV ausf\u00fchren. Diese Zusammenarbeit wird bis zum zweiten Quartal 2025 andauern und rund 8.000 m\u00b3 Beton umfassen. Fr\u00fchere Kooperationen mit Hiber haben bereits bewiesen, dass sich unsere vertrauten und effizienten Arbeitsmethoden zielorientiert und sinnvoll erg\u00e4nzen.<\/p>

\u00dcber das Projekt<\/strong>
Das neue Logistikzentrum der VTS wird ein innovatives und nachhaltiges Warenlager sein, welches auf eine optimale Nutzung von Raum und Ressourcen ausgelegt ist. Mit einer Lagerkapazit\u00e4t von rund 50.000 Palettenpl\u00e4tzen und mehreren Etagen wird es sowohl f\u00fcr Last-Mile-Lieferungen als auch f\u00fcr internationale Sendungen geeignet sein. Automatisierung mittels Anwendungen von KI und Robotik spielt eine gro\u00dfe Rolle in der Anlage um die Logistikprozesse effizienter zu gestalten. Nachhaltigkeit ist ebenfalls ein zentraler Bestandteil des Projekts, einschlie\u00dflich Solarpanels, energieeffizienter Beleuchtung und einer bevorstehenden BREEAM Excellent-Zertifizierung.<\/p>

Ein starkes Fundament<\/strong>
Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen AVG, Bouwbedrijf Van de Ven und Hiber Betonvloeren BV b\u00fcndelt mehr als ein Jahrhundert an gemeinsamem Wissen und Erfahrung. Es ist ein Projekt, bei dem sich Qualit\u00e4t gegenseitig st\u00e4rkt und zu dem wir als AVG beitragen k\u00f6nnen \u2013 darauf sind wir stolz.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
